Upgrade Problem from XP Home to Professional

Got error message during upgrade installation from XP Home to XP
Professional - Error message is "Process_initialization_failed ..... ***
STOP: 0x0000006b, oxc00000B5, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x00000000" which
Microsoft knowledge base is due to Go Back program from Roxio and/or Norton
System Works. I do not have Go Back from either although I do have CD & DVD
Creator 6 and also Norton System Works 2004. Regardless, I uninstalled both
but still get the same error message. Any help on resolving this problem or
removing Windows XP Professional installation files appreciated.

GoBack may have a separate entry on your Add/Remove Programs list; if you
can't find it, you may want to check with Roxio or Symantec for more info:
