Upgrade from XP Home to XP Professional

I have recently purchased a system with XP Home operating system and want to upgrade to XP Professional. Are there any problems of procedures I should be aware of?
 
Hi

No, there shouldn't be any problems, but it is advisable to back any
valuable data files beforehand. All your settings should remain intact.
