Upgrade from Win 98 Italian to Win XP English

I have a computer with a licensed copy of Win 98 in
Italian on it. I bought a Win XP upgrade CD in english
and attempted to upgrade to Win XP. I get a message
saying that I can't upgrade from Italian to English. Is
there anyway to solve this problem? Both are authorized
copies, I just decided to have the operating system in
english now instead of italian. HELP!

Hi Al,

Sorry, upgrades only work in the same language version, you will need a full
version of WinXP in English.
