Upgrade from Outlook 3007 to Outlook 2007

If I install Outlook 2007 and uninstall Outlook 2003 do I lose all my old
e-mails, calendar dates, etc

no, but as in any PC operation a data backup is always wise

No, outlook 2007 should pick up all settings from the profile. However, this
is a good time to make a backup of the pst, just for insurance.

Only one version of Outlook is allowed to be installed at one time. You must
uninstall Outlook 2003 forst before you install Outlook 2007.
