How do I copy MS Works Database file into MS Access 2003?

Oddly enough, you can't - directly at least. You'll need to use Works
to export the data to Excel or to a comma-separated-text file, and
import that. I believe that if you don't have Works installed that you
can open Works databases in Excel, and Access can import from Excel.

Note that they are VERY different programs. You'll very likely need to
do some redesign, and will certainly need to change the way you
interact with the data, in Access.
