Upgrade from Basic to Premium

I would like to upgrade from Windows Basic to Windows Premium and woul like
to know which would be better to get the anytime upgrade or go to the store

My opinion: if the price is the same, go to the store. You'll get
distribution media, making any reinstall later a simpler process.

Vista (I'm assuming you're using Vista). Here's how to find one:
