upgrade BDC to PDC

There're 2 ntserver4.0 in the LAN, one is PDC, the other is BDC, now i want
upgrade the BDC to PDC, how can i realize it in NT environment?

Start
Run
type
SRVMGR.EXE
click OK

<Server Manager opens>

Find your current BDC in the list

Highlight it by clicking once on it

click Computer on the menu bar

select "Promote to primary domain controller"

You can only have one PDC in an NT4 Domain.

Yes, NT domains only allow for 1 PDC but many BDC's
