Upgrade 2000 Server DC to 2003 Server

Hi
Can I upgrade my 2000 server (Domain Controller with Active Directory
installed) to Windows 2003 Server..

Will it keep all my files, folder settings ???
IIS, DHCP, DNS Settings ?

Any Advice ?
