Updating

Basically I have a small program in Access that some friends are using
as well, I have made some changes and want to send it to them, how can
they update theres without loosing data allready entered.
Its not a stand alone program, just a simple program in Access.

Also If I was to give it to other people and want it to have a runtime
how can I include this?

Copy your db and delete the tables then email or FTP it for them to pic
up. Tell them to make a copy of their db (BackUp) and delete all th
forms,macros,modules etc, but NOT the tables. Now all they need to d
is import the forms,macros,modules etc into there db from yours.
