Updating Wireless Base Station Utility

I'm trying to update the configuration of my Microsoft Wireless Base Station
MN-500. However, I get this message, "Microsoft Broadband Networking has a
known compatibility issue with this version of Windows. For an update that is
compatible with this version of Windows, contact Microsoft Broadband
Networking. " Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be any sensible method of
contacting them to get that necessary support.

You don't need the utility to work with the router. You can use a Web
browser to connect to it (the default IP address, if I remember correctly,
is 192.168.2.1 - check the documentation to confirm this!) and any updated
firmware code can be installed without the utility.
