Updating Windows

I have just spent a lot of time updating windows after replacing my hard
drive and was just wondering if there is a way you can save the updates off
one computer onto a disc so as rather than have to download them all again
if you need a new drive.

Yes, if you download the updates from the corporate web site versus
the updates site.
