Updating meeting in calendar in Outlook XP

I have user who is a meeting organizer in her department . She sets up a
meeting in calendar which is sent without problems. She then goes to a
meeting she sent out previously and updates it. The meeting is updated on the
individuals calendars that she sent the update to, but when she looks in her
calendar it its not updated.
I have cleared the computer of all TEMP files, cleared the cache in Outlook
and ran the /cleanfreebusy command.
Any suggestions since this is happening to multiple users also.
