Updating hardware

I am unable to update my Windows XP Home Edition. When I
check the "scan for updates", my computer just stays at
0%. I am receiving errors on other programs (QuickBooks
and Real Player)that says my internet connection could not
be detected. If I cancel out of the prgram and restart, I
have the connection.

Do I need to re-install Windows XP?

Hey, the might help. Make your you did no block the
cookie the web site otherwise it will not work. If none
