Updating BCM from Spreadsheet weekly

We need to update our BCM from a excel spreadsheet weekly - this adds new contacts and has updated phone numbers, etc for the exsistinig files. But when I go to run the Import it doesn't move any thing over. I adds new files but does not update exsisting files.

Any clues??
