Syncing addresses in BCM with individual Outlook addresses

I have a small company, upgraded to a real server with small business server
2007, upgraded everone to Office 2007 with BCM. I want to use BCM as my main
contact database for information on customers since we don't need a full
blown CRM type software. I have everyone set up where they can use it, and
it works fine, but I want to know how I can either link BCM contacts with my
Outlook contacts in everyone's OST folder. I have all of the OST's held on
the Exchange server, so all of the information is in one place, but would
like to know if there is something that I can do to have a change in one
reflect a change in the other one, or if there is third party software that
can do it.

Without going into too much detail, the reason for doing so is that we are
all going to Iphones or Windows based smart phones, and when we link them up
with our server, they defalt to updating our contacts with the contacts out
of our individual OST files. That is fine if I could get the OST contacts
and the contacts in BCM to mirror or update each other, but we (being me and
2 different tech guys) can't figure out how to do it.

In a perfect world, out BCM database could serve as our main contacts, but
we can't figure out how to make it happen.

The reason is that I want my people to use the BCM as the main database, and
then any updates that occur to the BCM would be reflected in the Contacts on
the OST (held on exchange and only cached locally), and then updated to the
main contacts in our phones.

Thanks for any help or light you can shed on it.

Thanks for the help. I will see if they can do what I need.

Also, I had another strange question that no one can seem to answer.

We use a lot of rules and folders to keep track of our customers in outlook.
When I got the Iphone, I had my guy set it up, and it transfers all of the
incoming mail in my inbox over to my phone, and shows all of the folders I
have, but does not indicate when I get new mail into them. I can manually
hit each one, and it will pull mail into it, but there is no way that when I
am on the road I could check each folder to pull the mail in, I have about
130 of them.

The only solution that I have been able to come up with so far is to edit my
rules (which are held in exchange) from moving a message when it arrives to
the appropriate folder, to moving a copy to the appropriate folder and
marking it as read, and leaving the original in the inbox. This allows me to
get them on my phone as well.

I would think that this is a common problem, but is there a better fix for
this that you know of?

Thanks again.

Cody,

To find the "Folder Mirror" application, click on the Products tab off of
Chapura's home page. Chapura makes great stuff that I have used for years.
One of their solutions should fit just fine for you.
