Updating an existing site

I am new to Frontpage. I have used other programs before but I just
installed this and have been put in charge of updating an already existing
website. I can edit it but cannot get it to publish. Can anyone help?

Your web host must have the FrontPage Server Extensions installed on your
site to publish via FrontPages's HTTP method. To determine if your site has
FPSE installed add /_vti_inf.html to your URL
(E.G., http://www.yoursite.com/_vti_inf.html)
