Edit Existing Site from my computer

Hi, I am a frontpage beginner and I am trying to figure out how to edit an
existing website from my computer. The site was published on another computer
and it is in desperate need of updating. What are my options?

Jere are a couple of options:

Publish the site to your computer, work on it, and publish it back to your
host.

Open the online site live and work on it.
