Saving site to multiple computers

I don't wish to publish my website to the web. However, I do want the site to
be available on selected PCs in the office. How can I save a copy of the site
to different computers (none of which have FrontPage)?

What will the others users be doing with the site? Is it just for them to
review, or will they actually be using it? in other words, will you have to
resave the copies every time you make a change? Are these PCs networked?

They will be using it as an end user (not making contributions or revisions).
Yes, the computers are networked. They just need to open up and view the
pages.

When I attempted to just save and move the website folder to the network
PCs, the pages will not open with Explorer as I had anticipated.
