Updating a frontpage site without FP

Is there a product, or an easy way to allow someone to
edit a Frontpage created website page without using
frontpage??
I have created a website for a friend in a different
country, who would like to update text on the site
periodically. This person is not very web literate. Any
suggestions or links would be appreciated. THanks

If your friend sets up a Network Place that points to your
Web's http:// location, he or she should be able to open
tht place and they work with files using Notepad or any
other editor.

If, that is, you really want this not very web literate
person working on the site with Notepad.

Keep in mind, that if the user tried to modify any feature/function on a
page that requires the FP extensions using any application other than FP,
then that feature or function will no longer work as expected.
