Updates

Hi, we are using the XP home Edition 2002. From time to
time we download xp updates. For the third time now,
after we have downloaded the updates, our comuter needs
to restored. It has taken two days to get it back to
work. I actualy had to reinstall xp, it would not restore
any other way. I went back as far as June, but no luck.
Can some please tell me what the problem could be.

What are the errors that you were getting after you installed the updates?
Were you getting blue screens or pop-up errors? We'll need more
information to be able to give you a reason for this.
