At different times when I log on, I am unable to go to any
web pages unless I download Windows Update. But, the
updates are always the same. I just keep reloading them.
Why is that?

Does that mean that there are times that you log on when
you can open pages?

If so, what kind pages are you opening?

Are they just general access pages of secure sites?
