I had to format my computer and i lost all the updates...
Now it is asking me to download SP2 but i still dont have
SP1 is that okay?!? Any other help with doing the
download that XP is telling me would be great
 
SP2 contains all of the updates before it including all of the updates from
SP1. So a SP2 install on a new load will place the machine in the same
state as installing SP1 and then SP2. So go ahead and install SP2, it will
get you everything you need.

What kind of other help do you need with the download?
