can anyone tell me why the new updates are not installing
they are loping themselves thanks

Still not getting updates. It claims that it can't find
an internet connection even though that is what I'm using
right now. Any other thoughts?

Best suggest is to uninstall and reinstall the software. Have you checked to
see if your browser is in off line mode? File > WorkOff line
