Updates

Each time I try to update spyware I get the message that
it can't connect to the internet. I am using Comcast and
am connected to the internet each time. Any thoughts on
what the problem could be?

Do you get the same message if you use the autoupdate program? You can do
this via start, all programs, microsoft antispyware, microsoft antispyware
update.

If you start Internet Explorer--is it NOT set to work offline? Does it
connect to the Internet fine?

You may be using a firewall that may be blocking access
to the updates.
