Perhaps. Was the original SP3 installation saved to your hard drive or just
simply run ? Either way there should be a folder "ServicePack Files" that
has a sub-folder \i386. If you locate it ( ~600 Megabytes in size ) there is
a
Setup.Exe. You should be able to copy the entire \i386 to your other PC &
invoke Setup.
*There are multiple \i386 folders on a Windows XP setup, so be sure you
copy the correct one.
You can always use Microsoft Update to install the SP3. It will download
only the components necessary to update your machine.
