Updates Setup Wizard

Anyone know how I can get this "Automatic Updates Setup Wizard" to go away?

I don't want to install it, and I don't want it reminding me to install it 5
times a day.

I can't seem to find it in any startup folder, but this little reminder is
loading itself on every boot.

Unless you visit www.windowsupdate.microsoft.com on a reqular basis, it is a
good idea to use the Automatic Update Client. However, if you wish to
disable it, right-click on the "My Computer" icon and select Properties.
Left-click on the "Automatic Updates" tab and then uncheck the box at top of
screen.

Thanks. I prefer to update myself periodically.
