updates every time

Almost everytime I start my computer I get a message that
Anti-spyware has an update available. Should this happen
all the time?

Update to build 615.

Go to http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?
FamilyId=321CD7A2-6A57-4C57-A8BD-
DBF62EDA9671&displaylang=en and download the new
installer. The installer for build 614 didn't update a
critical file, gcUncompress.dll, shich is responsible for
uncompressing the downloaded definition files.
