Updated to IE6 but still getting IE4 tour at startup

Hi,

I have recently updated to IE 6 but am still getting a
small window apperring on start up that says welcome to
IE4, please take the tour and register online! I have no
idea how to stop this, any help much appreciated.

This can be turned off so that you don't see it every time you boot just by
unchecking the "Show this next time you log on" checkbox.
