Thanks for the info, I am using Word 2003. The document is ment to be a
form that the end user can fill out, but it does not use form options
by Word. For example the first cell would state "Name:" then the next
cell to the right would be blank and enabled as editable region and it
continues on for the rest of the document.

So im just looking for a way to elimate the tab function from stoping
at every cell in the table and just cylce from the cell's I could
designate.

It would seem that method you supplied me with would require me to redo
the whole doucment using form field options that are provided by Word.
