Can't seem to check for updates. Tried the first
suggestion on the trouble shooting page. changed one of
the values in the registry, did'nt work. clicked on the
button on the troubleshooting page that it did'nt work
and got no further,seems like the page froze. any help
would be appreciated. Thanks Gil

If all else fails you can go to the Microsoft site and
check there. There should be a 'scan for updates' button
but sometimes you have to refresh the page before it will
appear.
