SyncBack Freeware v3.2.9

Overview :

Easily backup or synchronize your important files to another drive, FTP
server, ZIP archive, networked drive, or removable media. Highly
configurable, but extremely simple to use! Some of its many features
include integration with the Windows Task Scheduler, detailed and easy to
read log files in HTML format (that can be automatically emailed),
simulated backups, file filters, sub-directory selection, copy
verification, background backups, auto-close of programs, and much more.
Includes an extensive context sensitive help file.

What's New:

# Updated: Empty folders will be created/deleted even if profile fails
# Fixed: Potential problem when scanning network drives and assuming no
directory because network connection lost
# Fixed: Lockup/deadlock problem with multi-core/dual CPU computers

Unfortunately it isn't freeware anymore :-( I've downgraded to an older
version.

Are you sure? While it's true that they do have SyncBackSE as their
payware program, on their download page it states (not at the top, but
down a little bit):

100% Freeware from 2BrightSparks

Our freeware is free for personal, educational, charity, government, and
commercial use.

• No Spyware, Trojans, Viruses, or Advertisements
• No Nag Screens
• No Registrations
• No Payments
• No Collection of Demographic Information
• No Unauthorised Internet Connections

And right below that is listed:

SyncBack Freeware V3.2.9 includes help file [ validate download ]

(Notice no "SE" at the end of this one.)

So, it looks like freeware to me. Does the included help file or
something else lead you to a different conclusion?

I see, probably it's because an older (trial). I've removed the whole

Thnx all!
