Update Runtime image

XPE with SP2 image already in the field, now need to bring IIS Webserver in
this image. How shall i bring IIS in, without going for for new image.
 
If your image supports the MS Installer, you could manually install IIS from
a CD or network.

Also, if you support DUA, then you could script the install for DUA.
