Update problem

In control panel my 'Add/Remove programs' has a yellow triangle with an
black
exclamation mark next to the Windows XP Hotfix SP2-KB810243 patch.

I assume this means it did not install properly - even though the history
installation marks the download as successful.

What should I do - I am unable to find a way to delete it and download it
again.

Hi Noel,

Go to the update site, in the left column choose the catalog option. If you
don't see it, click personalize and add it. Then choose WinXP from the list
of operating systems, and download this stand-alone patch from the results.
Then install it manually by double-clicking it.
