XP cannot run Cardbus USB controller after resuming standby

Having XP Home SP2, after resuming from "stand-by", PCMCIA(cardbus)
USB card cannot be ran and the devices connected to cardbus of
course.

When i look at "device manager", USB controllers of PCMCIA controller
has an yellow exclamation mark (code 10-this device cannot start) and
the unique solution is to restart the computer.

Microsoft has numerous logs in their support site with NO downloadable
and exact hotfixes about USB problems.

But i found that for Win9x, is this suitable for me?

Though SP2 is installed, why PCMCIA USB 2.0 card cannot run after
resuming from stand-by? XP issue?
