That is so small now!

The one I bought last year hasn't seen much use, although I'm hoping to resurrect it in a project next year to make use of the GPIO ports. For schools and students, these things must be fantastic fun :).

Yes small but I think more limited as well. I wouldn't want to have a whopping big USB hub attached to it for a start.

Not being a programmer maybe I'm missing the point? But from a practical use I would certainly prefer the more expandable version ie ports, ethernet, sockets etc.
Smaller unit, smaller price, less features?

Be perfect for use with a camera unit and batteries in a situation where you have no mains power.
Say for example if you were sending a balloon into near space. :lol:
