Update on a CD

I have 3 machines I need to install Windows Updates on and
due to my rural location, downloading will take serveral
DAYS! Is there any way to get a CD with the relevant
updates?

i'm sure a friend can burn them to cd for you. or you can
download them at the office (assuming you have fast
interent there) and burn them to cd there (assuming you
have a cd burner...

I take it this means that there is no productized
Microsoft-Windows-Update-On-A-CD that I can buy somewhere?

I'd rather not have to identify the 30 or so odd patches
and download them individually.
