Update message

I keep getting the message " This version expires in XXX
day(s). download updated version."
I am not told how, or why the auto update (selected) does
not do thi.
Do I have a problem, or just ignore message?

Ignore this message unless the date gets very close. You will need to
download both revised versions and the final released version. They haven't
used the software update mechanism so far in the beta, and I don't expect
that they will.
