Update KB826939

[RMG]

I've downloaded Windows Update a number of times and it
finishes with success. The update also appears in
Add/Remove software. However, I keep getting an update
message which states that I need to install this update
(again).

Any suggestions?

Prevent Windows Update from prompting you to install a Hotfix
you know is already installed.

I have tried this 'fix' several times in the last week - doesn't work for
me - the update still shows up.
