Update KB822343

I've installed this update four or five times but everyday
I come back to work, the computer says "new updates are
ready to be installed" and it's this same one. Is there a
glitch or am I just doing something really wrong?

Unfortunately, I hve the same problem on two Windows 2000 Servers..and
haven't yet found the solution. Good luck with yours!

Having the same problem, being told this is because I don't have Windows Media Server installed on my server. Thus making the update unnecessary for me. It is annoying though cause my server tries to install the update every night! If you find a solution to this, let me know.
