Update Help and Support

Hi, I have Microsft Windows XP and evertime I start my commputer, I am
prompted in the task manager that there is an update for Help and Support
Tool.. However, everytime I click on it, an error comes up saying that it
failed to load the webclient request...

Can anyone help...
