Update free/busy info

Environment is Outlook 2003 clients in Exchange 2003 sp1.
Under Tools -> Send/Receive, the "Free/Busy Information" selection is greyed
out. Shouldn't this be active?

Outlook help indicates that to "Refresh free/busy information":

"On the Tools menu, point to Send/Receive, and then click Free/Busy
Information".

No it shouldn't unless your using a Free/busy server. This has nothing to do
with Exchange.

I am having this exact same problem. The<Tools:Send/Receive:Free/Busy
Information> option is grayed out for me, too. My Free/Busy showed up fine
until just about 3 weeks ago.

Any reasons as to why this is happening?
