update fails 0800b0003

After installing (win2K, SP4) I get
Fout 0x800b0003: De opgegeven vorm voor het onderwerp is geen ondersteunde
vorm of vorm die bekend is bij de opgegeven vertrouwensrelatieprovider.

There is a helpsubject http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=813442
but this only is for winXP not win2K

any clue?

follow up:
I reregisterd all dll files according to kbid 813442, with succes
but I do not have file: sccbase.dll??
Is this specific for win2K or do I have to install sccbase.dll?
