Update BIOS ????

Hi...... im not that good with computers...but i get a blue screen and it
asks me to update bios......every now and then......ive worked with computers
for a little while so i know a bit on how to do stuff but ive tried to update
bios before and didnt succeed.......if anyone could explin to me how to
update bios would be very helpful... Thank you very much....
 
You have to go to your motherboard manufacturer web site to locate your BIOS update.

what does the real error message say?
