update a table of figures

I would like to change my existing table of figures. I have created the
figures with captions and the table of figures with "Index and Tables",
"Table of Figures".

My table looks like this

Fig. 2-1. Overview of all parameters ..............................23
Fig. 2-2. Alterations to several parameters in order to better
simulate the exchanges ..........................................32

I would like that to be:

Fig. 2-1. Overview of all parameters ..............................23
Fig. 2-2. Alterations to several parameters in order to
better simulate the exchanges ..........................32

So several things are required. How do I get the "tab" for the second line
to line up with the text of the first line in the fig. 2-2 line. And
secondly, how can I insert a tab at a certain point so that long lines
continue on the next line, instead of all the way to the end. In the second
examply, the line cuts after to.

Any ideas?

You can modify the Table of Figures style as needed by clicking
on Format | Styles and Formatting | Show: Custom | check the
"Table of Figures" box | OK. To indent the second and subsequent
lines of a paragraph, set a hanging indent in Format | Paragraph
| Indents and Spacing | Indentation: Special: Hanging: 1.25" (or
whatever amount looks good). To shorten the line length so that
long lines don't go all the way to the right margin, set a right
indent in Format | Paragraph | Indents and Spacing | Indentation:
Right: 0.5" (or whatever amount looks good).
