UPDA32

When I boot up my windows 2000, I get an annoying empty
box labelled UPDA32. I would like to remove this. But, I
don't know how? can anyone help? Thank you, Alan

I don't precisely know what Application causes that Box at Startup.

To manage applications launched at starup with Windows 2000 get this tool
called Startup CPL here:

http://www.mlin.net/StartupCPL.shtml (Freeware!)

If you want to remove this application then search for it using search and
delete it after you have disabled its Autostart with Startup CPL.

You might as well want to take a look at "Ad-aware" which scans your PC for
Spyware which this UPDA32 might as well be. The basic Version of that
Application is free. Get it here:
