A user at my company was attempting to reply to an email.
When she clicked reply text from a previous Word document
appeared in the message body of the reply and won't go
away.Any ideas ?

Is she using Word and her Email editor? If so, I would advance the theory
that she's modified the Word template she's using. If the template is
"normal.dot", delete it and let Word recreate it.

.
Thanks for your help Brian. Frank

Search for Normal.dot on your local machine, then open it up...If tha
text is in the normal.dot, delete the text then save the normal.dot.
See if that works.
