unwanted startup files

file was loaded. Now when my computer boots up it resets
my homepage, and creates favorites and I do not want this
to happen to my computer.

Clean out your Temporary Internet Files. Then put your homepage to what you want. Reboot. Same problem? Also get and run

Run Lavasoft's AdAware to remove these hijackers & Browser Helper
Objects. http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/

You can safely remove whatever AdAware finds and you should unless you
have a particular need for what it finds.
