Unwanted Search Page

I keep getting these annoying default search pages titles
www.globe-finder.com and www.find4u.com. I am keep
deleting the entries in the registry of my Window XP
Prof. one of them looks like this:

2e%63%6f%6d/%62/?%31%30%30
but it keeps coming back. I have used Hijackthis to
detect and clean up this stuff. But they keep coming back
when I creat a new user or when I reboot. HELP!!!
