Hi JW,
To view The website Vedio/Movie it is required that you have either Real
Player, Windows Media11 and Quick Time.
The best thing to do is Uninstall your Windows Media Player and Install
windows Media Player 10 again, you may have some of Windows Media Player core
files/folders are damaged by going to MS website and download from here;
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/player/download/download.aspx
Windows Media player 11 is still Beta Product, normaly uninstall Windows
Media player in your Case will cure the problem.
Also check your computer for Malwares.
HTH.
Please let us know.
Regards,
nass
