Unwanted header when Printing Web Pages

We had a friend come and visit in April, and she read her
email from my computer. Now, whenever I print a web page,
her name, and the date she last used my computer are
always printed in a header on every sheet. How do I get
her name out of there?

Remove it from the Header in IE-File-Page Setup.
